Ken Masters - Boss Mode

やったぜ！(Yattaze!) All right, baby. First things first: that "yattaze" means "I did it!" said in a casual, but forceful manner. That's something Ken says in a few games, which suits his fiery personality. Ken is my favorite character in my favorite fighting game series, Street Fighter, so this is an illustration I made as an homage to him and also to practice some cell-shading, animé style paiting on photoshop. The Illustration was made on physical bristol board, using a Staedtler mechanical pencil and, as mentioned before, finished on photoshop. Why Boss Mode ? I made an illustration of a Shirtless Superman that I named "Boss Mode Superman", so that's it. I'm turning it into a thing now. 😆🤣

RapidFire - Logo design

Exercising some logo design - this is a logo for a fictional gun-related company. Picture a shooting range or a weapons and ammunition seller. Went with the name RapidFire . Written just like that, the two words together. On second thought, I'd say this one is way more fitting for a shooting stand, a place you would go to practice your "rapid firing" skills. The bullet in the middle is a 9mm cartridge. The font is called Good Times . In the following mockup, the idea is the RapidFire shooting range will offer not only the space for target practice, but also supplies such as ammunition. Below, would be a box for 9mm pistol cartridges used at RapidFire.

Cupcake King - Logo design

Here's another logo idea. A fictional cupcake store. The best in the region, enough to warrant the moniker Cupcake King. For some reason, when I think "cupcake" I think "whimsical" and a huge assortment of "fanciful" cupcake flavors, therefore I went with a magenta color and the gold crown. That combination evokes in me the idea of some cook going wild creating some colorful cupcakes to sell. They are so delicious that not even the logo would escape a bite. Here are a few mockups: A minimalistic paper bag Cupcakes go hand in hand with coffee With fanciful cupcake flavors and designs, I figure something like this would attract quite a lot of views on a social network such as Instagram. Each scrumptious-looking, well-produced photo of the cupcakes would work as some powerful advertisement. 😉 Plus, one could make them and sell from their own house and have them being delivered through food apps. Cupcake King sounds to me not only like a good logo id...
