やったぜ！(Yattaze!)
All right, baby. First things first: that "yattaze" means "I did it!" said in a casual, but forceful manner. That's something Ken says in a few games, which suits his fiery personality.
Ken is my favorite character in my favorite fighting game series, Street Fighter, so this is an illustration I made as an homage to him and also to practice some cell-shading, animé style paiting on photoshop.
The Illustration was made on physical bristol board, using a Staedtler mechanical pencil and, as mentioned before, finished on photoshop.
Why Boss Mode? I made an illustration of a Shirtless Superman that I named "Boss Mode Superman", so that's it. I'm turning it into a thing now. 😆🤣
