Over the years, Superman has rocked many different styles in comic books and other media. However, one of the slickest is worn only briefly.
Upon reading the current run that started in 2023, in one of the issues, I caught Superman wearing a long coat for a few panels. Granted, right now as I type this I can't exactly remember the comic book issue, but I truly thought it was one of the coolest alternate costumes. That's why I was inspired to make this illustration based on such concept while practicing this cell-shaded, animé painting style.
